Account Manager

Popcorn Brain is looking for an Account Manager (start date asap) 

Popcorn Brain is an award winning international creative production agency best described as a vibrant hub of constantly popping creativity. Are you the next Account Manager joining us in our brand new office in Amsterdam-East?

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers and other clients of all sizes

• Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution

• Monitor and analyse our campaigns and processes, and proactively take initiative to improve 

• Support and work with team on presale research and pitch

• Consult, educate and influence advertisers with insights and solutions to achieve greater results

• Take a long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the team

• Leverage your mastery of media and communications to advice on annual brand plans and campaign media plans

• Project manage the creative/research/agency team (not hands on production). This includes relationships and arrangements with third parties, suppliers and freelancers as well as all internal team agenda planning 

 The Candidate has

• At least 3-5 years of experience within a busy, fast-paced and creative environment in account management/client services roles, agency experience is a big plus

• Experience managing advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges

• Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, time management and analytical skills

• Proficient in English and Dutch 

• Flexible mindset, willing to work in a dynamic (non corporate) setting
